just keep swimming.

I jumped in at the deep end (no pun intended) with this fitness thing. I've started swimming again! It's been years- I'm ashamed to say how many- but still, at least I've started again right?! And oh my goodness didn't the first session hurt and feel good for me all at the same time! I'm liking this new venture and it's one that I'm going to try and stick with.


  1. I love swimming! It's great for me cause I hate to run. Just wondering what you're routine is?

    1. goodness, I wish I was good enough to have a routine. My friend and I go every Wednesday and then just swim until the arms give out. I hate running too; too mny old injuries from sporting days gone by.x
